Addressing Top Performers Who Are Destroying Your Teams and Making You Hate Your Job
CEO and SVP professional references are available upon request.
Audience: Select HR Staff, Business Owners and/or Leaders
Retaining top performers is crucial in this job market. However, those same crucial, important, key employees can sometimes make you or others want to leave your organization.
What can you do?
This is an informal and confidential meeting with specific leaders within an organization to privately discuss problems about top performers. We then discuss and explore options, goals and strategic action plans for effectively and efficiently addressing the issues without losing the top performer, while concurrently retaining other highly valued employees who say they just “can’t take it anymore.”
Do you want your company or team to brainstorm new, fresh, innovative ideas for addressing old problems or for creating new ways to do new work?
We can help you with that.
Actually, we can do that work for you…and leave you out of it.
Here’s why:
Sometimes brainstorming sessions are most productive when there is an independent facilitator who isn’t attached to the outcome and who employees don’t know well.
When leaders or HR staff are NOT present, employees report feeling more freedom and more empowered to honestly and openly collaborate and discuss “out of the box” strategies and ideas, without the self-consciousness of feeling judged…especially by the “higher-ups”. This allows for creative, fun ideas and banter.
Strategically implemented at key times throughout the session is some friendly competition to energize those who thrive on winning. At the end of the seminar, team building and camaraderie is strengthened while the company will be rewarded with bold, synergistic, new innovative ideas and strategies to thrust your company into achieving outcomes never before dreamed of!
Managers and HR staff don't have to be forced into the role of a counselor if you have us there.
Typically this is requested within 24 hours, if not the same day, as the incident.
If your company suffers a tragic event or loss (robbery, critical incident, sudden death of a co-worker or other tragedy), call us.
We provide on-site immediate crisis education (what to expect – mentally and physically), teaching healthy, fast-acting coping skills, and offering the opportunity to talk with a psychotherapist on-site, individually in a separate, private office to discuss thoughts, feelings or reactions to the situation and provide additional resources or services, as appropriate.
"Evidence-based" means that the education provided and the skills taught in these presentations are based on findings of the best available current research.
