Pam has over 25 years of professional experience as a licensed psychotherapist and substance abuse counselor, and over 14 years experience as a certified health coach. 

Pam earned a Master of Social Work degree, a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, and is a graduate of the Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences specialized training program in Stress Management. She is a state-licensed Clinical Social Worker, Substance Abuse Counselor, and a Wellcoaches™ Certified Health Coach. 

She is a graduate of, and past Program Committee Chairperson for Leadership Racine, an important program building community strength through leadership development. 

She worked at Ascension in Racine for 16 years in a variety of roles as the outpatient behavioral health department supervisor, mental health and addictions counselor, intensive outpatient counseling program coordinator, EAP lead counselor and account manager.

Pam served as an instructor for the University of Wisconsin-Parkside Psychology Department and was a member of their College of Natural and Health Sciences Board. 

In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and indoor skydiving. She’s a Christian who has a firm belief in God and respects people who have different beliefs. She believes her life purpose is to help others successfully and healthfully navigate through the stressful and challenging times in their lives.

Through ANCHOR COUNSELING SERVICES, Pam provides corporate business services and individual psychotherapy sessions in her private practice. 

She collaborates with CEOs, business owners, and executive teams to discuss, clarify and diagnose root causes for disruptive conflicts between top performers which can cause a toxic work environment. She then works directly with specific employees to address and resolve issues, then maintain improvements and continued success.

In her private practice, she specializes in helping clients overcome all types of anxiety, adult ADHD, caregiver stress, professional burnout, compassion fatigue (especially for physicians, nurses, and business leaders), and work-related interpersonal or career issues, and stress reduction.
