PAM HAUKE SEMINARS works with CEOs, business owners, and executive teams to discuss, clarify and diagnose root causes for disruptive conflicts between top performers which can cause a toxic work environment.
Sometimes business leaders call these “personality conflicts.” They are not. They are interpersonal communication problems…which can cost a business thousands of dollars and result in significant losses and high stress for all involved.
To begin the process, the consultant meets with business leaders and then individually, with the team members to openly discuss and address these issues. The goal is to work with all staff to create and implement an effective plan of action toward resolution in a timely fashion.
